Linear guides get rack-and-pinion option
HPC Drives has extended its range of Drylin linear guides to include a rack-and-pinion option.
Other advantages include high accuracy and long life along with high reliability.
Sizes start at just 6.00mm wide for the slide unit going up to 48mm and lengths from 30mm up to 1440mm as standard.
CLWL is a carbon steel version of the above but is ball retained, ensuring easy handling as the ball retaining band structure prevents the balls falling out when the carriage is removed from the rail, so accidents are prevented.
Easy maintenance, smooth operation, low noise and high accuracy are just some of the advantages, as with the LWL series.
The wide rail version is ordered using part number CLWFF and again is easily maintainable.
It offers excellent strength under moment and/or complex loads and has a large load capacity in any direction.
High accuracy with a simple structure are the keys to this slide's success along with high rigidity and a highly reliable long life.
