The body and carriages are made from 6082 T6 aluminium, while the leadscrew is 303 stainless steel with a TFE coating.

Rino Industries has released a low-profile leadscrew actuator.

Screw position repeatability is 0.00127mm.

A miniature, precision anti-backlash screw is used to provide lead accuracy of 0.0006mm/mm.

The actuator has an operating temperature range of 0 to 93C, a nut tensile strength of 669bar, a drag torque of 0.4Ncm and the carriage assembly weighs 0.11kg.

Three screw leads are available, between 0.50 to 10.85mm and all have a stroke of 68mm.

The body and carriages are made from 6082 T6 aluminium, the leadscrew is 303 stainless steel with a TFE coating, the anti-backlash nut is self-lubricating polyacetal with a spring and the linear slides are made from a hardened stainless steel similar to 440C with synthetic resin end plates.

The radial bearings are 440C stainless with ZZ shields.
