Excellent heat resistance enables Aurum's continuous use at 240C and its special clean characteristics ensure outgas is reduced to microscopic levels below high temperatures.

Rino Industries has added a range of Aurum screws to its 849-page mechanical drive components catalogue.

Aurum is a thermoplastic with excellent thermal, physical, chemical and electric characteristics.

Excellent heat resistance enables continuous use at 240C and its special clean characteristics ensure outgas is reduced to microscopic levels below high temperatures.

Amounts of metallic impurities, such as alkali metal, are also reduced to microscopic levels.

Aurum also has excellent chemical, plasma, radiation and abrasion resistance properties.

Cross-recessed pan heads, socket head cap screws, hexagon nuts and washers are all available.

Aurum is a brown thermoplastic polyimide resin.

Applications include hot water and chemical pumps, clean room environments such as flat panel displays, semiconductor production equipment and devices, chemically resistant applications, printed circuit board etching devices, metal plating equipment and chemical plants.
