A range of precision pulleys and belts have been added to the range of precision engineered components available from Ondrives.
The synchronous belt drives and pulleys are available from 1.5mm pitch to 3mm, with belt widths of 3mm up to 9mm as standard.
The pulleys are zero backlash, and belts in sizes 1.5mm to 2mm are offered with a special coating that ensures low particle generation and that the rubber powder is not spread.
For this reason, they are best used with small precision instruments and may also be used with anything from 50W to 1,000W motors, depending on the size of pulley/belt chosen.
Special products can also be manufactured to order and requests such as varying numbers of teeth and design as well as timing belts of various lengths are also welcomed.
Bore and keyway modifications are also available.
