Two well-known names in laser technology are joining forces in the Israeli market with the appointment of New Technology as the exclusive agent for Heraeus CW and flash lamps in Israel.

Together, they will implement the Heraeus "6 weeks" service for Israeli customers.

Debbie Playle, Sales Manager with Heraeus, says: "The market in Israel is driven by innovation as Israeli companies are amongst the world leaders in many technologies".

"This is why we partner with a distributor who has a very good reputation for a high level of technical application support".

"This is a perfect match to our philosophy that quality means both an excellent product and professional service".

The move will enable Heraeus Noblelight to extend its prototype lamp service for designers of new laser systems to Israel.

Six weeks after design approval, Heraeus delivers ten prototype lamps of a new design to the laser system manufacturer.

This becomes possible because of Heraeus' extended design and manufacturing facilities and the close co-operation with the local partner.

New Technology has more than 20 highly qualified employees and has been representing leading photonics brands in Israel since 1986.

The local team will be closely supported by the Heraeus Sales and Service Engineers from Cambridge, UK.
