The Hart Communication Foundation has extended the deadline to receive nominations for the 2006 Hart Plant of the Year Award to Friday 16th June 2006.
The Hart Communication Foundation (HCF) has extended the deadline to receive nominations for the 2006 Hart Plant of the Year Award to Friday 16th June 2006.
The global award recognises the people, companies and plant sites that are using the full capabilities of Hart communication in real-time applications to improve operations, lower costs and increase plant availability.
Suppliers can nominate customers and end users can nominate themselves.
Nominations should include a brief description of how the plant is using the diagnostics and other intelligent capabilities of Hart-enabled devices in real-time applications with plant control, safety and asset management systems to help keep their plant competitive.
Background information and supporting materials are welcome, but are not required with the nomination.
HCF representatives will review submissions and will interview selected candidates.
