E-newsletter spreads the word

Kent-based Hi-Tec Spray has enjoyed a hugely successful 2004 - and is spreading the word about its exciting expansion plans by launching its first e-newsletter for customers.

Kent-based Hi-Tec Spray has enjoyed a hugely successful 2004 - and now the surface coatings technology specialist is spreading the word about its exciting expansion plans by launching its first e-newsletter for customers.

Hi-Tec Spray Managing Director Garry Dowling said the company recognised the importance of maintaining effective two-way communications with customers: "Our e-newsletter has been developed to enable us to improve the way we talk to our many clients".

"It can be emailed to companies at the click of a button and is a highly flexible tool, allowing us to distribute information to any part of our database".

The e-newsletter has been designed with simplicity, clarity and ease of use in mind.

Recipients can study a summary of contents before opting to click on to a "find out more" button which brings up further details of that item.

Alternatively users can "click through" to automatically link up to Hi-Tec Spray's website for further details.

In the first issue, Hi-Tec Spray promotes a range of cut-price paint spray equipment and reviews the company's success at various trade exhibitions in 2004.

Details of two recent depot relocations are also given - Hi-Tec Spray has a national network of depots, which offer a sales, hire and maintenance service for customers in the painting and decorating trade.

The e-newsletter also outlines how the company leads the way in so many different industries by highlighting a variety of new contracts won in the past 12 months - from projects involving oil rigs in the North Sea to underground water distribution systems in Libya, from train refurbishment contracts in the Midlands to its involvement with the largest passenger jet in the world, the Airbus A380.
