Kent-based surface coatings technology specialist Hi-Tec Spray has restructured its UK sales team to put a fresh focus on customer services.
Kent-based surface coatings technology specialist Hi-Tec Spray has restructured its UK sales team to put a fresh focus on customer services.
Hi-Tec Spray supplies pumping, coating and fluid handling equipment from its national network of sales, hire and service depots in Maidstone, Southampton, Bristol, Dartford, Stowmarket, Birmingham and Manchester.
The firm distributes equipment for top international manufacturers including Graco, Wagner and ITW DeVilbiss.
Formerly the company split the UK into two regions, with Richard Miller overseeing sales operations in the South and Phil Mackman in charge of Northern sales.
Now both men have new responsibility based on their expertise and knowledge of different industry sectors.
Miller now handles orders for single pieces of standard range paint application and fluid-handling equipment from clients in the automotive and painter/decorator industries.
Mackman is managing project-based work.
With his understanding of production lines and knowledge of the higher end equipment ranges, Mackman is working directly with Hi-Tec Spray's systems division.
Managing director Garry Dowling said: "We've replaced our Northern/Southern sales roles in favour of a team that covers our seven depots around the country".
"Richard has a wide knowledge of our standard equipment ranges, while Phil's experience in systems development and implementation is second to none".
"We are confident these changes will bring many benefits to all our customers".
