Novamet Specialty Products Corp has gained extensive experience over the past 20 years in manufacturing air-classified nickel powders.

In addition, much tighter control can be exercised over size distribution profiles using this technique.
Fine nickel powders have been finding an increased range of uses in many high technology applications where close control of particle size is essential to the performance of the final product.
Typical applications are: metal injection moulding; and controlled z-plane electrical conductivity in electronics industry uses.
Novamet produces two standard types of spherical air-classified powder - Nickel Type 4SP and Conductive Nickel Spheres (CNS).
Both types are available in the following size ranges: -20um, -20+10um and -10um.
Novamet has progressively refined and modified their air-classification procedures to provide materials of very high quality, reliability and consistency.
These refinements enable nonstandard products to be manufactured to individual customer requirements.
