HiTek Power has introduced the TEK PFC Series of low-voltage, switch-mode power supplies in low-profile open-frame or fully enclosed configurations.

The TEK PFC supplies provide active power factor correction to 0.99, a universal AC input and have worldwide agency approvals, making them suitable for use in equipment that will be sold around the world.

A choice of 24 single-output models is available, ranging from 3.3 to 48V at power levels from 165 up to 400W.

Output regulation is better than +/-2%.

Standard features include short-circuit protection, overtemperature, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and a power-good signal.

Models are available with IEC320 AC input connectors, barrier strip and/or Molex connector configurations.

The TEK PFC Series supplies are available as open frame units, or with the option of a cover.

Some models are fully enclosed.

All are low profile.

For example, the TEK300 is housed in a chassis measuring 50 x 97 x 200mm and the TEK400 measures 64 x 108 x 233mm.
