Huba Control's 507 is an extremely compact pressure transmitter which can be programmed in-house to offer the exact pressure range for the application

Huba Control has announced the launch of a new industrial pressure transmitter, the 507.

The 507 is an extremely compact pressure transmitter and can therefore be applied to systems where space is limited.

Using Huba-manufactured ceramic technology, the 507 is exceptionally reliable and accurate.

Each transmitter can be programmed in-house to offer the exact pressure range for the application.

Huba offers flexibility throughout the product range and customers are able to specify their technical requirements for particular applications.

Customers in effect get a customised product at a standard product price.

As part of the 507 package, customers can choose from a range of electrical connections and can select the best pressure connection for the application.

With four output and power supply options available, a wide variety of connections are available.

A unique PVDF pressure connection has just been developed by Huba for use in the chemical industry.

This is available as standard and allows the 507 to measure pressures in chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, where stainless steel connections would cause chemical instability.

The relative transmitters have a pressure range from -1 to 600 bar, while the absolute range from 2.5 to 16 bar.

This large pressure range, and the fact that all parts in contact with the media are either stainless steel, ceramic or the new PVDF, means that the 507 pressure transmitters are ideal in a wide range of applications.

To further add to Huba's commitment to providing industry with excellent quality and flexibility combined with value for money, all transmitters in the 507 range have adjustable zero point and slope.

This allows users to calibrate the transmitters in-house, if required.
