The MTL precision magnet tensioning brakes range comprises six basic models covering a variety of torques, loads, speeds and application configurations.
The graphite and PTFE filled thermoplastic bushing that completes the assembly is supplied with integral brass collar to facilitate various mounting configurations without nut distortion.
Standard shaft straightness is 0.2 mm/m and typical radial and torsional clearance between shaft and bushing for the basic SSB assembly is 0.050-0.076mm.
Model SSZ provides an antibacklash assembly for applications requiring additional system stiffness.
The three shaft diameters available are 6.35, 9.53 and 12.70mm, all in any length up to 3m.
In common with all Kerk assemblies, requirements for special bushing configurations and end machining can be accommodated. Request a free brochure from Huco Dynatork ...
