Plastic double-loop couplings have been around for some time but it has not always been easy to find the exact bore size required, keywayed hubs or alternative materials.

Plastic double-loop couplings have been around for some time but it has not always been easy to find the exact bore size required, keywayed hubs or alternative materials.

Huco has decided that only by manufacturing its own Flex-P double-loop coupling would it be able to provide its customers with all the possible options.

Exceptional flexibility and toughness provided by the moulded Hytrel elastomeric element are the principle characteristics of this general purpose coupling.

Capable of handling torques up to 18Nm and up to 15 degrees of angular misalignment, these couplings are available in four sizes with a wide range of standard metric and inch bores from 3 to 16mm.

The Hytrel element has outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, greases and ozone.

Zinc-plated steel hubs are standard but for even higher corrosion resistance stainless-steel hubs can be specified.
