Couplings come together

Huco now offers the widest choice of miniature motion control couplings in Europe and the lion's share is manufactured at its factory in Hertford.

Huco now offers the widest choice of miniature motion control couplings in Europe and the lion's share is manufactured at its factory in Hertford Several new additions have extended the range in recent years and now their details have been brought together with those of the more established designs in a newly published, 60-page guide

New products introduced in this guide include the S-Beam single beam coupling and the innovative Step-Beam with stepped radial slots to provide high torsional stiffness and good radial flexibility.

Completing the set is Mag-Link, Huco's new magnetic disc coupling that connects shafts without any direct contact.

Other new additions include Huco's nickel bellows couplings.

Although not brand new, they have been increasingly finding favour with designers needing a torsionally stiff coupling with lateral flexibility.

Their unique construction and characteristics are making them a popular choice for sensitive instrumentation systems.

Although the Oldham lateral offset coupler has been central to Huco's range for many years, its availability in stainless steel is a recent addition.

So too are the Huco-POL universal joints that now can be specified with a plastic cross piece as an alternative to brass, providing a lower cost yet high quality option.

Again, not new to the range, but now manufactured in-house, the highly flexible double-loop Flex-P is now available in steel or stainless steel. Request a free brochure from Huco Dynatork ...
