One belt answers all conveyor demands
A novel four-in-one belt can not only transport loads up to 1200kg but can replace all four systems used in the conveyor assembly - the flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt.

The Hutchinson Poly V belt can be used on a variety of applications ranging from compressors and lawn mowers to exercise bicycles and agricultural equipment.
The belt's elastic properties allow for at least a 30% reduction in costs by using one motor for 20 rollers while at the same time adding the advantages of improved life span and absorption of shocks and vibrations.
With a potent torque transmission - up to 4x greater than an O-ring - and increased package flow speed up to 4m/s, the ConveyXonic belt improves efficiency while working silently, requiring little maintenance as lubrication and retensioning and are not needed, and ending corrosion concerns.
Easy to use, thanks to automatic or semi-automatic installation, the ConveyXonic product line is standardised in function of the centre distance, the centre distance tolerance and the transported weight.
The ConveyXonic is available worldwide, with two, three of four rib profiles (PJ2, PJ3, PJ4).
