The acquisition of the Adwest Adamant actuator business from Dura Automotive has been completed by Hutchinson and Dibley.
The acquisition of the Adwest Adamant actuator business from Dura Automotive has been completed by Hutchinson and Dibley.
It will move to the company's Bourne End facility and commence trading as a division of Hutchinson and Dibley Ltd during September 2000.
Adwest Adamant makes Linear Actuators and high performance fractional Horse power motors used in the control of gas turbine engines.
