Image Management Technologies has been chosen by Redlake MASD of San Diego, California, to market the Megaplus range of cameras to OEMs and systems integrators in the UK and Irish markets.
Image Management Technologies has been chosen by Redlake MASD of San Diego, California, to market the Megaplus range of cameras to OEMs and systems integrators in the UK and Irish markets.
Redlake MASD decided to select IMT because it was an established channel to market for its DuncanTech camera products.
Customers now have the unique price advantage of purchasing the Megaplus range of high quality digital cameras via IMT at the manufacturer's list price, escaping typical distributor markups.
IMT offers support and service throughout the sale, as well as direct contact with the product designers at the manufacturer's site.
Ren? Stevens, European sales manager for Redlake MASD, said: "We are glad IMT is taking up the Megaplus cameras as well.
IMT has shown to have good access to the OEM market that we are interested in.
Secondly we prefer to have two companies representing our products in a country like the United Kingdom.
We need to have a strong presence in the United Kingdom, when we will introduce a completely new camera line.
IMT will be part of that strong presence".
Redlake MASD offers a range of high performance industrial and scientific monochrome cameras ranging from 1024 x 1024 to 4096 x 4096 pixel resolution cameras with both full frame and interline sensors.
Other key features include high reliability shutters and remote head versions of some of the cameras.
