The Image Management Technologies stand at the IPOT show will feature managing directors and senior engineers from three leading-edge camera manufacturers and three software suppliers.

All will be there to learn the specific design requirements of UK, in advance of finishing the design of new product lines in mid-2004.

A number of new machine vision products are being launched including: the first production units of Redlake's new Megaplus 2.0 high resolution camera range; a new low-cost toolkit for systems integrators who wish to use smart camera technology but do not have the time to develop the solution in C code; and Vision Components' new VC 2066 megapixel smart camera and VCM-50 with Ethernet.

Vision Components' founder and Chief Engineer, Michael Engel, will be on hand to discuss the company's latest technological developments; also exhibiting will be suppliers of cost-effective metrology and pattern recognition software applications that run on Vision Components' smart cameras.
