PM Asia 2007 will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Shanghai, China, from 2nd to 4th April 2007.

PM Asia 2007 will be the second pan-Asian conference and exhibition for the powder metallurgy industry The event will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Shanghai, China, from 2nd to 4th April 2007, and aims to provide the regional PM industry with the latest information on global PM technology trends, to strengthen links between the growing number of PM companies in Asia and the rest of the world, and to promote the exchange of PM technology and information

A series of plenary presentations will take a close look at the current status and future growth of powder metallurgy in China.

Presentations include: "Structural PM Parts production - current status and China's 11th 5-year plan 2006-2010"; "Development of China's diamond tool industry"; "Analysis of the production status of ferrous powder and copper powder in China"; "Current status of the magnet industry in China and its future prospects"; and "Progress in PM research and development in China".

Additional conference presentations will encompass the production of ferrous and nonferrous powders and PM structural components, high strength PM parts, metal injection moulding and hard materials.

The associated exhibition will offer international PM suppliers an excellent opportunity to meet and do business with the pan-Asian PM community.
