Aesthetic software finds new German outlet

Icona Solutions has appointed Cards Engineering and Co, of Cologne, as the exclusive value-added reseller of aesthetica for Germany.
Icona Solutions, the developer of the aesthetica software suite for visually simulating the effects of component variation, assembly variation and component deformation in automotive vehicle assemblies, has appointed Cards Engineering and Co, of Cologne, as the exclusive value-added reseller of aesthetica for Germany.
The appointment takes effect immediately.

Icona Solutions' aesthetica software is a unique combination of simulation and visualisation software technologies.
The software enables engineers to visualise the impact of production variation on aesthetic quality in order to quickly resolve fit and finish quality issues as early as possible in the design process.
This reduces the need for expensive physical prototypes and helps to avoid costly late design changes.
