The hoses have been specially developed to offer reliable operation in aggressive and corrosive environments, and the range includes both aerospace-qualified and fire-sleeved products.
Aerospace-qualified hoses are in versions with a Nomex nonconductive braid, which meet the requirements of AS1227, and in versions with a tough stainless-steel braid, to comply with AS620.
Both versions are available with nominal bore sizes from 0.25 to 1in, and the stainless braid versions are additionally available with bores of 1.25, 1.5 and 2in.
The Icore International pressure hose range also includes lightweight general-purpose products with bores of up to 1in, and stainless-steel braided general-purpose hose with bores of up to 2in.
All types are capable of continuous operation at their full rated pressure throughout the whole of their specified operating temperature ranges.
For applications where fire resistance is important, Icore International offers the option of fire sleeving for both aerospace-qualified and standard hoses.
The integral silicone fire sleeve is qualified to ISO2685 and AS1055 for fire-resistant applications, while the alternative tubular fibreglass fire sleeve satisfies the requirements of the same standards for both fire-resistant and fireproof applications.
To complement its wide range of flexible PTFE hoses, Icore International offers a comprehensive support service which draws on the company's wide expertise and experience in hose applications.
The support team is happy to provide advice on product selection, and also to develop complete solutions which, if required, can be assembled in the company's UK factory, and be supplied fully tested and ready for immediate use.
