Icore will be promoting a variety of products and services at this year's Paris Airshow as well as demonstrating its significant depth of expertise.

Experts will be on hand to discuss the company's range of products and provide advice and consultancy on specification issues.

Among the products particularly suited to the show's visitors are the PTFE hosing range, which is ideal for applications including electronics cooling and fuel transfer.

Of further interest will be the company's range of electrical interconnects, the "Duce" special termination for in-flight entertainment harnesses and the new lightweight "System Sixty" conduit system.

"Icore is not only promoting its products and services at the Paris Air Show", explained Christine Wickings, Hose Business Unit Manager.

"As we are now a part of the Zodiac Group, a leading international supplier of aerospace, marine and defence equipment, we have even greater market potential as an integral member of a new worldwide team".

"This relationship will be demonstrated as Icore joins Zodiac on the parent company's stand".

Also prominent will be the new System Sixty conduit, which has been developed to manage and protect wiring in aerospace applications.

It offers many attractive features such as easy installation and maintenance and a very lightweight, zero halogen conduit combined with an optimised nickel copper overbraid for a high level of electrical screening.

There is also the option of high corrosion resistance plated composite fittings.

The Duce range of flexible D-subminature backshell connectors have a clever and flexible design that replaces three different standard D-sub backshells - right angle left, right angle right and straight.

Their construction can also eliminate the need for solder sleeves or special crimp tools.

As a result, as well as cutting down on stocking costs, assembly processes are also simplified.

The design also provides other benefits which include: preventing over bending of sensitive coax cables, simple termination that provides both stress relief and easy repair and a low profile that allows for optimum side-by-side stacking for maximum space utilisation.
