Thread-Lok quick connect valved couplings offer simple, one handed operation and dependable performance for use in fluid handling systems.

Supplied in the UK by Icore International, Thread-Lok quick connect valved couplings from Parker Hannifin Corporation, Stratoflex Products Division, have been designed to provide aerospace fluid handling systems with quick disconnect capability, reliable self-sealing and increased safety by way of visual and tactile indication of full engagement Thread-Lok couplings offer simple, one handed operation and dependable performance for use in fluid handling systems

The thread-together design of the couplings provides the necessary security for high-pressure applications.

With a stainless steel construction, Thread-Lok couplings have an operational pressure range of vacuum to 276bar.

Other material selections are also available for low-pressure and high-pressure, up to 350bar.

Operation is simple, fast and reliable.

To fully connect, the coupler half is threaded onto the nipple half until a torque sleeve moves forward and automatically locks on to the nipple half tangs.

By pulling back on the torque sleeve, the lock is disengaged and the coupler can be unthreaded.

The Thread-Lok range meets or exceeds all requirements of the MIL-C-25427 and AS1709 SAE aerospace standards and is available with a range of accessories including protective dust enclosures, pressure caps and plugs and built-in relief valves.
