ICEM is pioneering real-time styling and engineering management reviews with an innovative suite of "in-context visualisation" tools.
The restricted area is password protected to provide information and amenities for ICEM customers.
Customers can obtain and submit information concerning on-line assistance, bug reporting, software evaluation downloads, technical tips and more.
A separate section provides information required by ICEM's partners.
The public area of the site includes information about ICEM, its products and services, training, support and forthcoming events.
A news section contains press releases, customer case studies and a 'gallery' of downloadable images of product design work completed by users of the ICEM Surf software suite.
"The new website is a significant step forward for the company in terms of our ability to communicate effectively with our customers and the marketplace in general", said Kate Mills, Global Marketing Director, ICEM.
"We have put a lot of time and effort into making it a site that people will want to visit on a regular basis, not just to keep abreast of the latest developments but to contribute their own ideas and thoughts.
To that end we are encouraging our customers to enter our monthly 'image competition' by submitting images of design work that they have undertaken with ICEM Surf, with the winners receiving a prize".
Visitors to the site can enter to win one of three HP iPAQ 3975 Pocket PCs by completing an online survey of what type of information they would like to see and how they would prefer to receive it.
