Following a well received tour in 2003, ICEM has scheduled a new series of Surf software user meetings during March and April 2004.

The first of three meetings will be in the USA and will take place at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Dearborn, Michigan on Wednesday, 17th March 2004.

This important event will give users in the USA the opportunity to hear the latest news about the ICEM business and recent major ICEM software developments and to get a valuable overview of ICEM's goals for the future.

The event will also provide an excellent platform for delegates to communicate with other ICEM Surf users and to exchange ideas and information with the ICEM team.

The main users' meeting on Wednesday will be preceded by a reception for the senior management of ICEM's US customers on the evening of Tuesday, 16th March.

The 2004 European ICEM Surf Users' Meeting is scheduled to take place at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Cologne, Germany on Monday, 22nd, Tuesday, 23rd and Wednesday, 24th March, 2004.

The first day will include an optional tour of the Ford Motor Company plant, with the meeting itself starting immediately after lunch and with a dinner for delegates in the evening.

The Monday afternoon will include keynote presentations and updates from ICEM's senior management team while Tuesday will be devoted to parallel technical streams.

Wednesday will be given over to optional additional training sessions for users.

The Asia/Pacific ICEM Surf Users' Meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 29th April 2004 in Japan with a reception for the senior management of ICEM's customers in the Asia/Pacific region taking place on the evening of Wednesday, 28th April.

Kate Mills, Global Marketing Director, ICEM, stated: "The agendas for all these meetings are currently being finalized but they will include keynote presentations on ICEM's strategy for the future from Lee Cureton, Chief Executive and Tim Norman, Director, Field Operations, as well as user presentations and valuable workshop sessions presented by ICEM's technical consultants.

They are an invaluable way for customers to keep up to date with ICEM's rapid development".
