The Mancunian thirst for technical knowledge

An IDC Technologies product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Sep 8, 2005

This year IDC Technologies has found that companies in the Manchester area continue to demand technical training, summer holidays or not.

July, August and September - the UK summer months - are traditionally quiet months for training, but this year IDC Technologies has found that companies in the Manchester area continue to demand technical training, summer holidays or not.

July courses were well attended, August was disappointing, but bookings have been coming in for the two workshops scheduled for the end of September.

The first is "Earthing, bonding, lightning and surge protection of electrical and electronic systems and equipment", which will to run on 26th and 27th September, and the second is "Fundamentals of OPC (OLE for process control)" which is to be presented on 29th and 30th September.

The venue for both is the Hotel Smokies Park, in Manchester.

Details of both courses can be found elsewhere on the Engineeringtalk website.
