ICS Triplex has acquired Singapore-based Semitech as part of the company's continued growth.
ICS Triplex has acquired Singapore-based Semitech as part of the company's continued growth.
The company reckons this is a great opportunity for ICS Triplex to strengthen its position in the Asia Pacific market and be able to maintain its technology driven, customer led ethos by providing local customers with a wider range of services in addition to the full range of ICS Triplex products.
Semitech has worked closely with ICS Triplex in the integration of a number of projects such as the White Tiger Field, Dragon Field RP3, Sabah Gas Pipeline and the Raya A Platform.
With close to ten years of experience in integrating projects in the Asia Pacific region, it joins ICS Triplex with an extensive list of customers including: Esso Petroleum Malaysia, Esso Sriracha, Petrmina Indonesia, Petroleum Authority of Thailand, Petronas Carigali, Singapore Refinery Company, Sarawak Shell, Sinopec China, Vietsovpetro and many more.
