Provider of automation products to the oil and gas industry celebrated 40th birthday on 23rd February 2006.
The 23rd February 2006 marked 40 years since the incorporation of the ICS Triplex company as a provider of automation products to the oil and gas industry.
From a small workshop in Maldon, UK, ICS Triplex has grown into a world-wide organisation and one of the few remaining independent manufacturing and engineering companies in the automation industry.
With its headquarters still in Maldon, the firm maintains the technology driven, customer led ethos that has been the force behind 40 years of protecting people, investments and the environment.
Peter Mottershead, Chief Executive of ICS Triplex, said: "For 40 years ICS Triplex has provided unmatched technologies and services for the world's leading companies in the oil and gas industry".
"Highly reliable safety in process control has been at the heart of the company since its incorporation with many of the older technologies still in use".
"Today we are celebrating four decades of successes and are looking to the future with new ranges of technologies and an increasing range of services to suit our customers' requirements".
The company has evolved over the four decades moving from relay products to solid state before joining the technological revolution of programmable systems with the release of the TMR Trusted system.
