New from Idec, the SmartRelay FL1B series includes a range of expander modules for the base CPU plus other features such as high speed counter inputs The SmartRelay FL1A series was introduced approximately 18 months ago offering a range of programmable relays with or without a front display

Many different functions can be programmed including timers, counters, calendar/clock operations, text displays etc.

Different supply options, the ability to set up analogue inputs and volt free contacts rated at 10A means the SmartRelay had the flexibility to meet any control situation requiring sequencing/timed/counting operations.

With the FL1B the I/O is expanded up to a maximum of 24 inputs plus 16 outputs and eight analogue inputs.

The maximum amount of expansion modules that can be connected are four mixed I/O modules plus four analogue modules.

As well as being able to configure two analogue inputs on the CPU instead of conventional digital inputs, two high-speed counter inputs can be configured in the same way.

WindLGC version 3 is the latest Windows software providing many improvements such as password protection, multiple diagrams in different windows and enhanced printing functions.

Devices are available with 12, 24V DC, 24V AC or 100 to 240V AC or DC supply options, 0 to 10V analogue inputs, 1kHz high-speed counters and relay or transistor outputs.
