The SmartRelay FL1C series opens up new application opportunities where there is a need for simple control of an industrial, commercial or residential process.

The SmartRelay FL1C series opens up new application opportunities where there is a need for simple control of an industrial, commercial or residential process.

For example, water level control, coin operated carwashes, security gates, window blinds/shutters, home lighting and greenhouse irrigation have all benefited from the advantages that a SmartRelay can offer.

The FL1C has double the program memory and with a capacity for 130 function blocks the most complicated timing and counting operations can be catered for.

With a 4 x 12 character backlit LCD screen and cursor keys that can be configured as inputs to the program, the FL1C provides the user with an interaction to his process without paying for expensive HMI screens.

Seven types of base module allow for any voltage supply to be catered for and five different expansion modules add extra inputs/outputs if required.

In addition AS-interface and LonWorks communication modules are available.

The programming software WindLGC V4.0 provides additional enhancements that allow for greater ease in using the FL1C series.

New features include online monitoring, easy ladder programming (similar to a PLC) as well as function block, programme comparison, time simulation and of course the useful feature of circuit simulation on a PC is still provided as on the earlier software versions.

WindLGC V4.0 can run on Windows XP, Me, 2000, 98, 95 and NT.

Options include 12V DC, 24V AC/DC or 100 to 240V AC/DC supply and input options, 0 to 10V analogue inputs, 1kHz high-speed counters and relay or transistor outputs.
