With 256 colours to play with, the HG3F and HG4F touchscreen HMIs offer bright, clear TFT screens that can be seen from any distance.
New from Idec Electronics, the HG3F and HG4F touchscreen HMIs confirm the company's ability to provide clear, easy to use displays to rival any similar product.
With 256 colours to play with, the HG3F (10.4in) and HG4F (12.1in) offer bright, clear TFT screens that can be seen from any distance.
High resolution definition, 640 x 480 pixel for the HG3F and 800 x 600 for the HG4F, and 8Mbyte of memory ensure these touchscreens have more than enough capability for the most demanding application.
The displays have a field replaceable backlight, RS232, RS485 and RS422 compatibility, a parallel port and a 10Base-T Ethernet ports.
They are CE marked, c-UL and UL listed and meet UL1604 for hazardous area classification and with IP66 rating can be considered suitable for most environments.
A compact flash memory provides data logging support for alarms and trending.
Updated WindO/I software will program these larger touchscreens as well as the other models in the HG range and drivers are included at no extra cost to provide communications to other manufacturers' PLCs.
Options include HG3F-FT22TFW (10.4in, 256 colours, 768 touch zones), and HG4F-JT22TFW (12.1in, 256 colours, 1200 touch zones).
