P Series slip rings are mercury-free and designed to provide reliable high-performance rotational connections for power and signal transmission in a wide range of applications.

RoHS legislation is scheduled to come into effect in the UK on 1st July 2006.

After that time, any electronic devices employing mercury-wetted contacts, including rotational interfaces, cannot be used within the European Union.

All are fully ball-raced and are rated for continuous operation P Series slip rings are available in several configurations, all designed to operate at up to 240V.

The P2 has two rings, each rated at 7A.

The P4 has a total of four rings; two rated at 7A and two at 2A.

Two additional models, the P2+ and the P4+ are capable of operating at up to 14A.

Gold plated brass slip rings and gold alloy brushes ensure reliability and long life at low cost.

Standard spade terminals are provided for easy installation, however options such as overmoulding and custom lead configurations to meet customer's exact requirements are also available on request.
