Sealant Equipment and Engineering has introduced a double air-operated valve for dispensing greases or lubricants for fixtured, automated high-speed, repetitive dispensing operations.
Sealant Equipment and Engineering has introduced a double air-operated valve for dispensing greases or lubricants for fixtured, automated high-speed, repetitive dispensing operations.
Designed for easy integration into automated work cells, the lightweight 2200-555 and 590 series of Micro-KISS dispense valves are ideal for lubricants or greases, including silicone grease and abrasive filled materials.
With its No-Drip design and abrasion resistant carbide hardened components, the Micro-KISS valve provides immediate start-up and snap action shut-off of the dispensing operation.
It dispenses efficiently in an automated environment, responsively handling both low and high viscosity lubricants without leaking, at fluid pressures up to 3,500 psi.
The valve includes mounting holes and is designed to be easily and accurately fixtured.
The valve outlet adapts easily to a wide variety of nozzles.
Material flow rate is infinitely adjustable with the integrated lockable stroke control.
The Micro-KISS valve is available in two styles: The 2200-555 version with threaded material and air inlets; and the 2200-590 manifold version which is designed to be ganged together in series, with a common air and material supply to dispense multiple beads or shots simultaneously.
Manifolds for grouping up to 5 valves are standard (other configurations are also available).
