The SeeFlo7 system from Integrated Dispensing Systems is a variable ratio two component meter / mix / dispense system for mix ratios from 1:1 through 56:1 parts by volume.

Recommended for dispensing low to medium viscosity materials such as epoxies, polysulphides, urethanes, silicones, and acrylics.
Air powered double acting metering cylinders mounted on a reciprocating mechanically inter-linked beam, enables operator controlled continuous flow, or precise volumetric 'shots' of mixed material with no reload delays between parts.
Shot size can be controlled through a manually adjustable limit switch or electronically with the new Program-A-Shot option.
To change the mix ratio, simply reposition and lock one of the metering cylinders along the beam.
Typical applications for the SeeFlo7 include potting, encapsulating, and casting.
Either floor mounted (with it's below average footprint) or on a trolley, the versatile and industry proven system is available with a broad selection of controls and material supply options.
The SeeFlo7 system utilises the unique 2200-250 series Snuf-Bak or No-Drip dispense valve with No-Flush disposable static mixer.
While eliminating the need to solvent flush the dispense system, the valve mixes and dispenses at the point of application ensuring efficient mixing and placement of the material.
For higher viscosity materials, the SeeFlo 7-HV offers the same features of the standard SeeFlo 7, but is configured for economical dispensing of structural adhesives, LSR and LIM materials.
