Dispensing system ideal for abrasive
2-part fluids
Integrated Dispensing System's SeeFlo690 system is designed to exceed your production standards for metering, mixing and dispensing of two-component adhesives and sealants.
Integrated Dispensing System's SeeFlo690 system is designed to exceed your production standards for metering, mixing and dispensing of two-component adhesives and sealants The SeeFlo690's positive displacement meter rods, powered by a common AirDraulic drive, proportion the two components to the material manufacturer's exact volumetric ratio

A potting operation is smooth and predictable, allowing a single operator to produce four 80-pin power train connectors every 20 seconds
Double air-operated valve for dispensing greases
Sealant Equipment and Engineering has introduced a double air-operated valve for dispensing greases or lubricants for fixtured, automated high-speed, repetitive dispensing operations.
To avoid the effects of abrasive materials, the hardened and ground meter rods never touch (scrub) the meter cylinder walls throughout the dispense or reload cycle.
Air powered, carbide constructed valves direct the material's flow into and out of the metering cylinders.
The valve's 3,000psi operating pressure permits dispensing of high viscosity abrasive materials.
The PLC line interface may be configured to dispense in either of two modes - beads or 'shots'.
For bonding and sealing applications, it will dispense precisely regulated beads of mixed material at controlled flow rates.
This permits it to be co-ordinated with a fully automated work-cell or to work in conjunction with a robot.
The system will also dispense an exactly metered 'shot' or volume of mixed material by use of a simple, yet effective adjustable hard stop.
An optional upgrade offers electronic shot controls.
Ideal for bonding, potting or encapsulation applications, it is readily integrated into an automated environment for high volume, high precision applications.
The SeeFlo690 system utilises the 2200-250 series No-Drip or Snuf-Bak point of application dispense valve.
Utilising disposable No-Flush static mixers, the two material components remain separate until they enter the mixer.
The mixer eliminates the need to solvent flush the system.
