The MicroMeter 2 is a complete system for metering, mixing and dispensing small shots or beads of two-component adhesives or sealants.
The lightweight, compact, positive displacement MicroMeter 2 is designed to dispense precisely metered and mixed 'micro' (0.02 to 3.52cc) shots of mixed materials.
To ensure small-volume accuracy and consistency, MicroMeter 2's meter is located at the point of application.
The meter enables users to adjust the amount of mixed material that is dispensed on each shot, with a calibrated (micrometer) stroke tower providing exact shot-size control.
The system's power inlet and outlet valves feature carbide components and eliminate any material bypass that might alter the mix ratio.
The meter's hard stop ensures that exactly the same amount is dispensed time after time.
Material components remain separate until they enter the mixer.
Mixing with a disposable No-Flush static mixer/nozzle eliminates the need for solvent flushing while blending the materials precisely.
