Program-A-Bead 995 dispense mixer valve assembly is designed to apply foamed-in-place gaskets directly to a part, using a two-component reactive resin system and automation.

The Program-A-Bead 995, a foamed-in-place gasket system offers significant cost and time advantages over other gasket styles Program-A-Bead 995 dispense mixer valve assembly is designed to apply foamed-in-place gaskets directly to a part, using a two-component reactive resin system and automation

Components are thoroughly blended in the 995 valve's motionless mixer assembly to produce the foamed-in-place gasket.

As material components are metered to ratio, the 995's multipass mixer assembly forces them to the dispense valve assembly.

Typically mounted on an XYZ table or robot arm, the 995 dispense valve assembly features patented Snuf-Bak technology coupled with multipass mixer assembly and zero-cavity dispense valve and tip, and integrated base purge assembly.

Flow rate is varied according to the bead path and automation, ensuring a consistently sized foamed-in-place gasket assembly.
