Sealant Equipment and Engineering's new Material Regulator is designed to regulate the flow of any pumpable material including epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, grease, adhesives, sealants and acrylics

Sealant Equipment and Engineering, a leading manufacture of meter, mix dispense equipment, has introduced a new Material Regulator.

This device is designed to regulate the flow of any pumpable material including epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, grease, adhesives, sealants, acrylics, mastics and paint when dispense pressure and flow rate control are critical.

Featuring stainless steel construction of all wetted parts, the Material Regulator is compatible with most materials.

It provides a low-cost solution that eliminates the problem of variable-flow-rate surges generated from a transfer pump material supply source, particularly important when applying a uniform bead of material or when spraying a uniform pattern of material in an automated industrial environment.

Special internal severe-duty components make this regulator ideal for dispensing a highly filled abrasive material.

The regulator is commonly mounted at the transfer pump outlet or at the material distribution piping header drop up-stream, before the application whip-hose and dispense outlet valve.
