A new tip-seal dispense valve prevents the material from contacting the atmosphere and is ideal for high-volume applications of silicone or other moisture sensitive materials

Sealant Equipment and Engineering's new tip-seal dispense valve model 2200-1043 is designed to control the on/off flow of high-viscosity material for robotic or automated applications.

The valve is ideal for high-volume applications of silicone or other moisture sensitive materials.

Its "divorced design" prevents the material from contacting the atmosphere.

The 2200-1043 can be used with all material viscosities.

Sealant Equipment's zero cavity tip-seal nozzle insures a clean material shutoff when the valve is closed.

Abrasion-resistant seals and components help to insure a long service life.

Model 2200-1043 is available with either a 3/16-inch or a 1/4-inch orifice.

The valve features flats for fixturing or automation mounting, high pressure operation (4,000 PSI maximum operating pressure) and two 3/8-inch NPTF inlet ports.
