A new Control System ensures that robot-applied, single-component sealants or Plastisols are applied at a controlled flow rate and preset temperature
Sealant Equipment and Engineering's Integrated Metering Temperature Control System ensures that robot-applied, single-component sealants or Plastisols are applied at a controlled flow rate and preset temperature Designed for integration into robotic work cell, the system controls the material temperature and dispenses the material at variable flow rates according to commands from the servo drive
The Integrated Metering and Temperature Control System is fully automated for production applications.
Sealant Equipment's control system communicates with the robot so that the tool tip speed and dispense rate are coordinated.
Systems are also available for two-component resin systems.
