An accurate, reliable industrial fluid dispenser incorporates a valveless ceramic piston/cylinder design with only one moving part (no check or poppet valves and no parts to wear out)

The FMI "IDS-2000" Industrial Dispenser is designed for Fluid Dispensing and Metering Applications.

It is ideally suited for industrial process environments where accuracy, precision and reliability are number 1.

Typical applications include: Battery Manufacture, UV and Solvent Adhesives, Precision Lubrication, Electronic Assembly, and Food Additive Injection.

The IDS-2000 incorporates a Valveless Ceramic Piston/Cylinder Design with only one moving part (no check or poppet valves and no parts to wear out).

It can be configured for shot or continuous metering at fixed or variable speed.

The pump is driven by a long life Stepper Motor and Controller (PLC compatible).

Dispense volumes from 0.002 to 1.28 cc/shot with 0.5% Precision up to 7 shots/dispense.

The pump is viscosity independent capable of metering gases through to paste.

The pump is mounted in a rugged stainless steel splash-proof (IP65) wall mount housing.
