Integrated Dispensing Systems has a new range of air-operated, automatic meter/dispense valves designed to accurately dispense small measured volumes of lubricants or other single-component materials.

Ideal for highly repetitive industrial operations where reliability and accuracy are critical, the 2600-009 positive displacement valve dispenses a preset 'shot,' or volume, up to 0.33cm3; it can be easily adjusted up to its maximum shot size.

The 2600-009 valve is designed to operate at material pressures up to 2500lb/in2.

It features hardened components, wear-resistant seals, and internal check valves to insure metered consistency.

Engineered for ease of use, the 2600-009 is quickly adapted to fixture, robot, or manual applications.

With its responsive operation and readily fixtured housing, the 2600-009 is ideal for repetitive, automated, metered shot applications.
