Automatic rate control system uses membrane switches to enable operator adjustment of flow rate settings and start-stop functions helped by its large and clear three-digit flow LCD.

The V300 automatic rate control system uses membrane switches to enable operator adjustment of flow rate settings and start-stop functions helped by its large and clear three-digit flow LCD.

It is available from Integrated Dispensing Systems.

Through the simple user interface on the V300, the operator can start, stop and reverse the flow while maintaining original flow settings.

For maximum process instrumentation versatility, it has selectable inputs from 4-20mA, 0-5V DC, and 0-10V DC and, with its universal power input, accepts 100-240V AC 50-60Hz.

Built with a rugged, anodised aluminium enclosure for bench-top and wall mounting, the V300 is CE, CSA-C and CSA-US approved.

For users with an old FMI V200 system, there is an upgrade kit option that allows the use of existing QV, RHV, Q2V and QVG50 variable speed pumps with the V300 controller.

The kit includes V300 controller and 2m of interface cable.
