Thought to be a vital part of the energy mix, nuclear power is being considered by the Government to help meet the UK's future energy needs.

"Nuclear power" covers the history of nuclear fission, reactor design, nuclear safety and operating experience, as well as the UK privatisation experience and how the sector may develop in the UK in the light of the Government's energy review.
