Delo PUR is a black, two-part mineral-filled polyurethane adhesive, which offers an initial handling strength of 1-2MPa after 10min and 15MPa after 24h.
Delo PUR is a black, two-part mineral-filled polyurethane adhesive, which offers an initial handling strength of 1-2MPa after 10min and 15MPa after 24h, although curing can be accelerated dramatically with the introduction of heat.
It can be used in temperatures from -40 to +100C and has excellent chemical stability.
It has tough elastic properties and offers good strength under static and dynamic conditions.
The adhesive is also suitable for large gaps due to high run resistance.
The product is available in 200ml Automix double cartridges and also part A and B 25kg drums for larger volume applications using dispense systems.
Pneumatic dispense guns for the 200ml cartridges are also available from Inseto.
The adhesive was developed for a specific application but the potential of the product was quickly realised and is now being qualified in several varied manufacturing fields including: automotive, ship building and wind turbines.
