Support centre makes the grade
The Invensys Process Systems Customer Satisfaction Center has achieved certification under the prestigious Support Center Practices certification programme for the third consecutive year.
Invensys Process Systems has announced that the company's Foxboro, Massachusetts-based Customer Satisfaction Center has achieved certification under the prestigious Support Center Practices (SCP) certification programme for the third consecutive year SCP certification quantifies the effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of performance standards representing best practices in the industry
