Inditherm has been granted a US patent for its core conductive polymer technology.

Inditherm, the provider of innovative heating solutions, is pleased to announce that a patent application for its core conductive polymer technology has been granted in the USA.

The patent runs from the initial filing date of 3rd December 1999.

Commenting on the patent grant, Colin Tarry, Technical Director at Inditherm, said: "It has taken a long time for our patents to be granted and it is satisfying that our technology has been recognised as inventive and unique under patent law".

"We have several other patents being applied for and we look forward to each one strengthening the protection of our intellectual property".

Richard Harpum, Chief Executive Officer, said: "The IP protection and added confidence provided by this new patent will give Inditherm's US team a valuable extra boost as we initiate our entry into the US market during 2005".
