IFM adds EVM series to Ecolink range

IFM Electronic has introduced the EVM series, which features a secure mechanical connection and an optimised seal independent of the user's handling.
The Ecolink construction ensures the o-ring is compressed to exactly the right amount, even without tools.
The EVM range is designed for robust applications, as might be found for example in mobile machinery.

The range can withstand temperatures from - 40C to +90C.
The coupling nut is stainless steel and the o-ring and cable sheath are oil-resistant Viton and PUR respectively.
The EVM range can withstand high mechanical stresses, in this case more than five million drag-chain cycles.
The EVM provides a seal of IP67, IP68 and IP69K, assuming a locked condition with matching counterpart.
Versions include angled connectors with LED indication.
