Igus is exhibiting on stand C80 at the PPMA show again this year One of the central focuses will be the company's new DryLin ZLW linear belt drive actuator

The ZLW is the first positioning unit to be fitted entirely with plain bearings.

The belt drive is maintenance free, low weight and designed to position small loads quickly.

Matthew Aldridge, Bearings Product Director at Igus UK, says: "We expect a linear module at this price level to open up big opportunities for Igus".

"We believe that there's not a linear drive system on the market that comes close to this in terms of performance and price".

The Micro Flizz energy chain system is a genuine alternative to bus bar or small festoon solutions for carrying air, water and fluid lines in rapid, frequent movements.

The energy chain runs in an aluminium guide channel, which supports the upper and lower run of chains, allowing a lightweight, low wear system.

The compact, space-saving system is protected against dirt and debris by being enclosed at the top.

Triflex R is a three dimensional energy chain ideal for multi-axis applications in the packaging industry.

It has an identical bending radius in each direction.

Due to its round-shaped design, Triflex R can handle multi-axis movements, without becoming hooked in and jammed.

The chain's enclosed design offers protection against dirt and its smooth inner contour extends the life of the cables it carries.

A range of Igus' flexible Chainflex cables, which can handle tight bending radii in dynamic applications, will also be on show, including control, robot, motor, data and servo cables. Request free introductory details about products from Igus UK ...
