IGE+XAO announces that within the plan of its strategic growth, it is going to acquire the Swiss company Hibatec
IGE+XAO announces that within the plan of its strategic growth, it is going to acquire the Swiss company Hibatec (acquisition effective August 1st, 2006).
Hibatec is a limited company based in Bienne in Switzerland.
For several years Hibatec has distributed IGE+XAO software packages and services to the Swiss market.
The acquisition preserves the capacity of the Group and also puts at its disposal a company which is very profitable and capable of developing the commercial presence of IGE+XAO in both the German speaking and French speaking Swiss market.
"With Hibatec, IGE+XAO strengthens its position in the Swiss market and consolidates its strong European presence in 14 locations throughout 8 countries" commented Alain Di Crescenzo CEO of the IGE+XAO Group.
